As a member of our dynamic QA team, you'll work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects, risks, and issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and executing manual test cases for client web and GUI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our product.
- Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify and log defects using Team Foundation Server, providing clear and concise descriptions of issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and release managers to ensure that application development meets quality assurance standards.
- Test Automation: Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in creating user stories and translating them into test cases.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Team Foundation Server.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
