About the Role: Join our dynamic Technology and Platform Services team, dedicated to architecting and safeguarding the infrastructure that underpins our diverse offerings. We emphasize scalability and ongoing enhancement through innovation and collaboration.

  • Engage with the functional team to outline testing parameters and automate testing procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers to grasp technical functionalities.
  • Design and document test cases for User Stories and bug fixes.
  • Develop and assess automation scripts.
  • Oversee and upgrade the Automated script repository.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of QA processes.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and propose actionable solutions.
  • Participate in technical decision-making.
  • Conduct manual verifications as required.
  • Support the mentorship of team members on the Automation Framework.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications:

  • (Preferred) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • (Preferred) At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with REST services, C#, Selenium, Jenkins, GIT, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with Component Integration Testing, Web Application Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Understanding of SQL and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of Zalenium.

Role Overview: This position is primarily focused on Automation, with approximately 70-80% of responsibilities dedicated to automation tasks and the remaining 20-30% involving manual testing to support automation efforts.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a professional with a strong background in automation and a collaborative spirit, ready to take charge of automation initiatives within the team. This individual will champion a quality-centric approach, working closely with Developers to ensure a smooth automation workflow. Responsibilities during sprint cycles include strategic test planning, creating test plans, reviewing Developer contributions, maintaining test and script repositories, performing manual checks as necessary, validating bug fixes, conducting integration tests, and engaging in exploratory testing.
