We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer - Lead to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the evaluation and validation of third-party integrators and suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Monitor and control the performance of suppliers, performing quality checks and audits as necessary.
- Manage the supplier database and ensure that all suppliers are properly qualified and approved.
- Collaborate with the Project Quality Lead to define quality expectations and standards for each project.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead problem resolution with suppliers and ensure that all quality issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Plan, lead, and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Lead the management review and follow-up on improvement plan execution.
- Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management).
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field is highly valued.
- 3-6 years of experience in customer satisfaction quality field, especially supplier quality management and systems quality.
- More than 3 years of experience in quality system with knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Previous experience as an auditor is highly valued.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and use of quality tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
