About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive automated test plans, leveraging your expertise in automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver or.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with front-end developers to design and execute automated test plans, with a strong emphasis on integration and end-to-end testing.
- Leverage your expertise in automation frameworks to write clear, maintainable, and scalable automated tests.
- Be the go-to person for all things automation, continuously identifying opportunities to improve test automation coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues identified through automated testing.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential quality issues and ensure testability early on.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on front-end web applications.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between the two.
- Bonus points for experience in API testing or performance testing, or experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- A passion for continuous learning and innovation in testing methodologies and technologies.
