Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site and on-call support to end-users, resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various PC operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10.
- Perform hardware and software installations, including the use of deployment tools like SCCM.
- Assist with printer support and maintenance.
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
- CompTIA A+ Certification, PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area.
