The Retail HRBP will play a key role in delivering a first-class employee experience, empowering our talent to drive business growth and profitability. This position requires a high level of expertise in labour relations and the ability to work closely with Stores and Area Managers to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- To attract and retain top talent in stores, the Retail HRBP will develop and implement talent management strategies, including training and development programs.
- To provide guidance on people practices, the Retail HRBP will support labour law issues, payroll, and Union Committees, working closely with HQ specialists.
- To influence and build relationships with people across the business, the Retail HRBP will visit or maintain regular contact with store staff, coaching and providing feedback to management to improve business efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Management of priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies.
- Able to multitask and deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Collaboration in the development of projects impacting teams.
- Data analysis, budgeting, and monitoring of staff costs.
Requirements of the Position:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar. Master's degree desirable.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
