About the Role

SoftwareOne is a leading global software and cloud solutions provider seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements, scope, and size opportunities effectively.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to solution design and proposal development.
  • Solution Design and Proposal Development: Design customized solutions that align with customer requirements, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our service offerings and present these and any necessary demos.
  • Margins and Pricing: Define margins for proposed solutions in coordination with the sales and delivery teams, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
  • Statement of Work: Draft clear and comprehensive statements of work (SOWs) that outline project deliverables, timelines, and terms of engagement.
  • Solution Collaterals: Establish and maintain a repository of solution collaterals, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and other relevant materials.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and enhance our solution offerings.
Requirements
  • University Degree: Preferred in the field of Information Technology and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Cloud Experience: 1-2 years of experience selling products and services in cloud and workplace ecosystems (Microsoft or AWS).
  • Technical Certifications: Microsoft or AWS Certification will be welcome.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish or French or Italian.
