Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients understand how Mambu's technology can meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs
  • Prepare solution materials and conduct product showcases
  • Run proof of concepts and assist with proposals and requirements analysis
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to understand their offerings and advise clients on the best solutions
  • Provide assistance to marketing by creating content, including demo videos and sales collateral
Requirements
  • Several years of experience working in the banking or fintech industry
  • Deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, and operations
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales/solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering
  • Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures, such as RFI and RFPs
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to influence executive-level audiences
