**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Inverto GmbH. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for directing the accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and coordinating with external service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Direct the accounting functions, including monthly reporting and financial statement preparation
  • Coordinate accounting processes across all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external service providers
  • Assist with tax filing and coordination with external consultants
  • Support departmental heads in preparing consolidation and monthly management reports
  • Participate in internal projects and drive the transformation and digitalization of accounting processes
  • Organize and handle day-to-day financial accounting for local offices

**Requirements**

  • At least three years of relevant working experience in financial accounting, tax filing, reporting, financial statements, and treasury and cash forecasting
  • Experience in consulting, working in an international environment, and basic knowledge of US-GAAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in commonly known ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
