Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Procurement Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting and Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing both financial activities and procurement tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure entries are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Help with budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
- Purchasing:
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, products, and services.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements
