Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize accounting operations
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve financial issues and queries
- Manage group consolidation, accounting manual, and interfaces with internal systems and external service providers
- Lead individual projects in the accounting area, such as system implementation and process standardization
- Serve as a central point of contact during audits and maintain regular communication with external providers
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in an international environment and auditing
- Strong affinity for modern software tools and familiarity with ERP/financial accounting systems
- Good knowledge of international accounting standards (US-GAAP) and ability to adapt to new issues
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in business-level English
