We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing global SEO and SEM strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings
  • Develop and execute local SEO strategies aligned with global direction
  • Collaborate with content team to create high-quality, search engine optimized content
  • Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Growth with a focus on Organic Growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Solid project management skills with a focus on prioritization and collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
