About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst to join our team at Awin Global, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and transformation by working closely with the FP&A department and being part of a dedicated Pricing Team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of internal and external data to provide valuable insights that inform our pricing strategy.
  2. Collaborate with Sales teams across the globe to implement a new pricing structure with a greater focus on subscription revenues.
  3. Develop and maintain pricing tools (Tableau, Salesforce, CPQ) to ensure Sales teams have the necessary resources to succeed.
  4. Apply statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
  5. Work with Sales teams to evaluate the success of pricing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on new pricing analysis methods and industry trends to ensure our pricing strategy remains competitive.
  7. Partner with the Financial Analytics team to implement and drive the adoption of new reporting and KPIs that reflect changes in our business model.

Requirements

  1. Highly motivated professional with a degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering.
  2. 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis with advanced skills in Excel or similar.
  3. Experience in collaborating across departments such as finance, sales, product, and marketing.
  4. Advanced ability to present insights and reports to relevant stakeholders, including VP leadership.
  5. Ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
  6. Strong communication skills in English language.
  7. Proficiency in business tools (Tableau, SQL, Python) is desirable, but not compulsory.
