Position Title: Pricing Analyst
Department: Network Services

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Role Overview
The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing daily pricing inquiries and larger RFP submissions primarily for the USA, while also providing support for APAC and EMEA regions as needed. Key responsibilities include understanding and applying existing pricing models for all products, directly requesting carrier costs when necessary, populating pricing models, and disseminating solution pricing.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in the Telecom Industry is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented with a confident approach.
- Strong background in customer pricing.
- Experience in cross-functional roles, engaging with all departments and up to Director level.
- Proficient in finance/business analysis and report formatting, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of business and commercial principles is essential.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university or equivalent experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the global Pricing Tool queue to ensure timely processing of new requests within 48 hours.
- Evaluate solution designs, clarify any ambiguities, and initiate pricing processes.
- Obtain carrier costs and negotiate aggressively to secure the best possible rates.
- Finalize solution pricing and distribute according to established pricing guidelines, collaborating with the Pricing Manager and Sales for any requested discounts.
- Manage and price detailed RFPs, coordinating with various departments and external vendors to gather necessary information for timely responses.
