Job Overview

Lastminute Group is seeking a seasoned Pricing Analyst to join our team and drive revenue growth for our Hotels business.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a market-leading pricing strategy for our Hotels product across group websites.

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Define a pricing strategy that maximizes revenue growth and profitability for our Hotels business.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies and yield management tools to optimize revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market data and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue growth.
  • Positioning and Revenue Optimization: Define and implement positioning and revenue strategies for our Hotels meta channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth for our Hotels business through effective pricing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for pricing initiatives and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Analytical Strategy: Develop and implement analytical strategies to optimize revenue growth.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor pricing strategies and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel digital business (hotel chains, OTA's)
  • Proven track record in pricing and revenue management in the Travel business.
  • Knowledge of meta hotel best practices to guide teams
  • Excellent data extraction & analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to influence decision-makers through the presentation of analysis
  • Great use of Excel, and data extraction/visualization tools
  • Success cases in Hotel meta and Hotel OTA yield management and growth
  • Previous experience in a management role (based on business impact, he/she will be called to create his/her team)
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
