About the Role

The Pricing Analyst, Endoscopy EMEA will support the division with the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies. The role will operate at the EMEA level, with collaborations with a wide range of EMEA business partners as well as country sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the update and maintenance of pricing reports in the Endoscopy division, acting as the counterpart to the Data Analytics & Reporting team.
  • Prepare pricing reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigations for report interpretation, and drafting insights.
  • Communicate, train, and roll out pricing reports to country organizations.
Pricing Strategy and Tactics
  • Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, identify gaps in data, and proactively collect information from other stakeholders, such as local tender offices, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Organize qualitative and quantitative information in a structured and insightful way.
  • Develop and maintain EMEA Pricing Guidance for strategic products.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to support countries with ad-hoc pricing requests, such as price quoting tools, data extraction, etc.
Pricing Execution Tools
  • Support the implementation of new price execution tools, such as Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), in collaboration with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Conduct analyses to drive the recommended price logic to be embedded into CPQ.
Requirements
  • Degree in management, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 months or 1 year of experience, ideally with exposure to pricing topics.
  • Analytic and strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, promoting collaboration and working effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities.
  • Experience with key Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Tableau skills are a plus.
  • Good understanding of business information and reporting systems.
  • Fluency in English is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Time and self-management, ability to work autonomously, prioritize during busy periods, and proactively seek guidance if required.
