Technical Advisor - Danish Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor with expertise in Danish language to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to customers, handling technical inquiries, and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound technical inquiries from customers through various communication channels, providing clear and practical information within set guidelines.
  • Problem Solving: Efficiently address and resolve complex technical issues by carefully listening to customers and asking concise, relevant questions to identify the root cause.
  • Technical Support: Deliver high-quality customer service using your technical expertise, along with knowledge gained from internal training and support systems.
  • Documentation: Gather and document all relevant information from each customer interaction into the system to ensure a high level of service and accurate record-keeping.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in technical areas, including network architecture and consumer electronics, to enhance your ability to assist customers effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to follow training and handle customer interactions.
  • Technical Background: Preferably completed ICT training, with a strong technical affinity. Experience in the technical field is a plus.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of network architecture and consumer electronics products, such as wireless audio and smart displays.
  • Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of the MS Office environment is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment is advantageous.
