Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with excellent customer service skills? As a Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix, you will be part of a dynamic team that powers the brands of the future in tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via telephone or email, resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze technical issues, identify solutions, and implement fixes to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in technical areas, networks, and consumer electronics related to the position.
Requirements:
  • Proficient or bilingual level of English.
  • Completed ICT training.
  • Knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.).
  • Good understanding of the MS Office environment.
  • Service-oriented, accurate, analytical, communicative, and good telephone etiquette.

  • Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract.
  • Salary 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 1,800 euros gross/year in bonus.
