Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for our manufacturing facility who is motivated to advance and enhance their professional journey. In collaboration with the IT manager, the specialist will be responsible for the following duties:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing support via phone and email to users.
- Offering remote assistance to various locations.
- Configuring computers and devices.
- Managing system operations.
- Overseeing network and Wi-Fi systems.
Administrative Duties:
- Handling warranty and RMA processes, equipment inventory, licenses, etc.
- Managing renewals for licenses, domains, and certificates while monitoring expiration dates.
- Coordinating purchases with vendors, managing warehouse inventory, orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Preparing budgets and maintaining client follow-ups.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in:
o Network technical support (Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP configurations).
o Server administration.
o Telecommunications oversight.
o IT support and incident management.
o User equipment management (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems).
- Proficient in English.
- Valid B1 driving license and access to a vehicle.
Educational Background:
- Advanced vocational training.
Required Knowledge:
- Helpdesk operations, Networking, Operating Systems.
