Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements and commercial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial and Commercial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and commercial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development and monitoring of financial plans and budgets (across all areas: Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial...).
  • Communicate with different teams to elaborate budgets and conduct regular deviation analysis and update forecasts.
  • Project Analysis: Conduct individual project financial analysis and control deviation.
  • Process Implementation: Support the development and implementation of existing and new financial processes.
  • Support other members of the Finance Team with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, modeling, audit process, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial and reporting.
  • Experience in companies with SaaS model.
  • Strong planning and project analysis skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience in process implementation.
  • Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • High valuable previous experience in Big4 (audit or consulting).
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the role.
