Responsabilità del ruolo

Stiamo ricercando un/una Area Manager che sarà responsabile delle strategie di vendita e dello sviluppo commerciale nell'area della Puglia.

Attività principali
  • Sviluppare e implementare piani strategici per aumentare la quota di mercato e raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Gestire e motivare un team di professionisti delle vendite, assicurando il raggiungimento dei target di performance.
  • Mantenere relazioni solide e durature con i clienti esistenti e sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali.
  • Monitorare le tendenze di mercato e analizzare la concorrenza per identificare nuove opportunità di crescita.
Requisiti e competenze
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di vendita o gestione commerciale.
  • Eccellenti capacità di leadership e comunicazione.
  • Abilità nel definire e raggiungere obiettivi strategici.
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
  • Automunito/a con disponibilità a viaggiare nell'area regionale.
