**Job Summary**

Mercury Systems is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze data and develop methodologies, dashboards, reports, and files to measure and report on the performance of the Sales function.
  • Maintain these tools over time by integrating new business units and other organizational changes.
  • Support Senior Director, International Growth in preparing dashboards and ad-hoc regular reports for the Growth Function.
  • Coordinate with other Sales Operations Managers and Strategic Accounts Managers to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
  • Participate in quality improvement of Salesforce content, highlighting inconsistencies and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support Strategic Accounts Managers in verifying new opportunities are created correctly in Salesforce and regularly updated.
  • Liaise with Mercury Headquarters to sustain improvement of Salesforce tools and train the International Growth Team on upgrades and best use of Salesforce.
  • Generate customer quotes for products and manage Sales Documents storage.
  • Review Sales Processes and align with organizational changes, suggesting improvements and training opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Company Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Sales and/or Business Development position.
  • Experience with Aerospace Primes or Tier 1 (military and/or commercial).
  • Experience with CRM and Dashboards, data management.
  • Fluent English required, Fluent French is an advantage.
  • Personal skills: Teamwork, organization, analysis, natural leadership, tenacity, results-oriented, knowledge of sales forecast.
