Senior Consultant - Data Center Capital Markets

Join CBRE's Data Center Solutions team as a Senior Consultant and play a key role in growing our vertically integrated Data Center business. As a dynamic and entrepreneur-minded professional, you will support the growth of our DC business and contribute to the development of other data center business lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of commercial activities, including pitch development and proposal creation
  • Financial modeling of potential developments, including infrastructure, energy, and data center projects
  • Complete due diligence processes and coordinate external collaborators
  • Team coordination across diverse geographies and products
  • Research, marketing, and thought leadership activities
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, valuation, real estate advisory, or infra funds
  • Experience in the data center sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, engineering; MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

  • Ability to autonomously structure and lead the elaboration of management presentations and complex financial models
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Teamwork and goal-oriented
  • Ability to travel
