A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Customer Acceptance Delivery Manager within Airbus Defence and Space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Programme Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programme objectives are met to customer satisfaction, adhering to internal and external regulations.
  2. PATM Phase Participation: Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with the Acceptance & Delivery process.
  3. Acceptance Readiness: Support the customer throughout the Acceptance process, ensuring timely delivery of Aircraft documentation and closure of milestones.
  4. Aircraft Delivery Coordination: Lead the coordination and delivery of Aircraft Customer Items, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Foster a constructive customer relationship through fair and consistent treatment, supporting hospitality activities during the Acceptance Process.
  6. Customer Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback through surveys, coordinate responses, and implement improvement actions.
  7. Delivery Centre Performance: Contribute to the improvement of Delivery Centre performance and initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  3. Soft Skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a networking mode.
  4. Languages: Advanced level in English.
