Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at our outlet in Las Roca. As a Sales Consultant, you will be our ambassador, providing a unique and true luxury experience to our customers and establishing long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Show motivation to succeed and consistently meet individual goals
  • Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development
  • Participate in trainings to support new products introduction
  • Help maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on clientelling
  • Digital attitude
  • Excellent standing and attention to grooming
  • Passion for Fashion and luxury-goods
  • Strong team player, results driven, and proactive
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages a plus
