Job Title: Director of Product Engineering

At Taxfix, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Engineering to lead our product development team. As a key member of our senior tech leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, architecture, and development process of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Strategy: Lead the technical direction and strategy for the development and evolution of our products.
  • Team Management & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of mobile App and Web, FE and BE engineers.
  • Architecture & Design: Oversee the architecture and design of solutions, ensuring velocity, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Quality & Performance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for software development and operation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in building scalable, high-performance products, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive software engineering and technical design and development experience with complex and highly scalable products.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their application in product development.
