Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Solutions Architect to join our team and support our clients in achieving their digital marketing goals. As an Analytics Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of analytics platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing analytics features, including web analytics platforms, app analytics, and tag management solutions.
- Configuring and implementing tracking solutions across analytics and marketing platforms to ensure cohesive user journey tracking.
- Troubleshooting analytics implementations using tools such as Chrome Tools, Charles, and Google Tag Manager for debugging.
- Conducting QA processes to ensure accurate data capture and reporting, using debugging techniques and tools.
- Developing tracking plans, defining KPIs, and ensuring proper analytics tool implementation across websites and apps.
- Meeting project timelines and conducting thorough QA checks for event tracking, data accuracy, and conversion pixels.
- Educating clients on using analytics tools and interpreting reports in platforms like GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Mentoring team members in setting up and utilizing analytics tools, including custom events, funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Documenting analytics implementations, tracking strategies, event schemas, data layer specifications, and custom dimensions/metrics related to individual client projects and deliverables.
- Creating strategic analytics roadmaps, outlining implementation phases, measurement frameworks, and future enhancements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-7 years of analytics or technical solutions experience.
- Analytics tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Cloud platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is considered a plus.
- Ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
