About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Contract Management Coordinator to join our team at Ambit BST. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing support teams across various regions, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Global Support Team Management: Manage support teams across various regions, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with selected vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms, and manage vendor relationships to optimize support services.
  3. Application Onboarding and Support: Lead the onboarding of new applications from different domains and projects, and manage the ongoing support of existing applications to maintain high performance and reliability.
  4. SLA Fulfillment: Monitor and ensure that all support activities adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), implementing improvements where necessary to meet performance targets.
  5. Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional support teams to define support packages that meet specific regional needs.
  6. Support/Project Meetings: Conduct regular meetings related to support and project management to review progress, address issues, and plan future actions.
  7. Contract Consulting: Provide guidance on contract utilization and the development of standardized support processes within the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.
  8. Management Reporting: Develop and present management reports on support activities, performance metrics, vendor compliance, and other key operational aspects.
  9. Incident/Problem Coordination: Coordination of cross-application incidents and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimize impact on business operations.
  10. Communication Standards: Define and implement communication standards to facilitate clear and efficient collaboration between support teams, vendors, and business leaders.
  11. Collaboration with Business Leads: Work closely with domain and business leaders to align support activities with business objectives and project requirements.
Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with varying levels of experience based on education:
  • Master's degree: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate degree: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, at least 4 years of relevant Business or IT experience instead of a formal degree.
Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing IT applications and vendor contracts.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with computer software systems, including CRM-related applications (experience with Veeva or is a plus).
  • Experience in managing and coordinating support teams in a global or regional context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Fluent English.
