Crm Solution Development Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join Avanade, an inclusive employer and a member of Mygwork, as a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, applying your expertise to design and implement CRM solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Consult and Advise: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop technology-based solutions.
- Application Development: Design, develop, and test complex CRM applications, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Technical Specifications: Create detailed technical specifications and work with functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Business Process Improvement: Analyze and improve business processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test the quality of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Proven experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Unified Service Desk and Genesys CTI Integration.
- Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience.
