Digital Marketing Project Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Selectra. As a key member of our international team in Madrid, you will be responsible for developing our partnership with a French company specializing in informing citizens about their social benefits and helping them to obtain these benefits.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow our common business on the Belgium market.
- Own the conversion funnel and be responsible for its growth, including website development, content creation, and optimization.
- Improve the monetization of our website and sales process, in collaboration with the call center sales team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Define and follow-up on a digital acquisition campaign, in conjunction with Selectra's specialized department.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Country Manager to define and monitor lead handling processes.
**Requirements**
- Dutch / Flemish is your mother tongue, French is a big plus, Spanish a small plus.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have an interest in digital marketing best practices (SEO/SEA) and ideally have previous experience in content management and/or web marketing.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and able to structure and process data to draw insightful conclusions.
