- Team Management: Lead and coordinate a diverse team of specialists in different areas of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and graphic design.
- Client Communication: Foster open, transparent communication with clients, anticipating and addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Analysis and Measurement: Ensure compliance with project objectives by optimizing resources and reporting, providing regular reports to assess whether objectives are being met and establishing a clear path to surpass client expectations.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on topics related to the music industry and digital marketing, developing new strategies to drive business growth.
- Education: A degree in Digital Marketing or a related field to the music industry.
- Experience: 4 years of experience working in record labels, with previous experience managing digital marketing projects, preferably in the music industry. Proven track record of successfully launched projects from past experiences.
- Skills: Knowledge of project management tools, such as Monday, Google Workspace, Slack, or related, and experience in managing customers or clients to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
