We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stores Coordinator to join our team at Ryanair in Madrid. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, managing stock movements, and coordinating with our maintenance providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Assist in ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.
  2. Stock Control: Account for all stock movements into and out of stores both physically and on our engineering computer system.
  3. Commercial Goods Management: Assist in the control of commercial goods requirements.
  4. Service Freight Coordination: Assist in progressing our service freight throughout our network.
  5. AOG Management: Ensure that AOG requirements are actioned and that the costs of the various services provided are controlled and kept to a minimum.
  6. Material Transactions: Control all material transactions on our computer system.
  7. Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in monitoring the delivery dates and times of incoming spares for aircraft on check with our maintenance providers.
  8. Additional Duties: Accomplished in other such duties as may be reasonably directed by the Stores Supervisor.
Requirements:
  1. Previous Experience: Previous stores experience desirable.
  2. Language Skills: High English level both written and spoken.
  3. Initiative and Judgement: The ability to work on own initiative.
  4. Maturity and Organisation: A sound mature sense of judgement.
  5. Time Management: Be highly organised and have the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurised environment.
  6. Communication Skills: Be an effective communicator.
  7. Computer Skills: Proven computer skills.
  8. Numerical Competence: Be numerically competent.
  9. Driving Licence: Full Driving Licence required.
  10. Travel Documents: Passport required.
