Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Spanish team in Málaga. As a key member of our tech operations, you'll be responsible for managing technical projects within our Pepelatz and Nebula teams. Your primary focus will be on planning, coordinating, and monitoring project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify project requirements
  • Manage project schedules, distribute tasks, and coordinate team work
  • Form and prioritize project backlogs in collaboration with teams
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collect data for analysis
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status and address issues
  • Establish and optimize internal processes to ensure team efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT project management, from requirements writing to project scope and timelines
  • General understanding of web service architecture and REST APIs
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical project contexts
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • High-level communication skills, with ability to negotiate and achieve results
  • Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication

  • Technical background in testing, development, or DevOps
  • Knowledge in trading and investing areas
