About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Engineer. As a key member of our Customer Care Centre, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our in-service fleet of military transport aircraft.

Your primary objective will be to establish and deliver timely and consistent solutions for daily technical queries raised by customers regarding aircraft structure and system problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries to avoid operational disruption.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all technical queries, maintaining a global view of the fleet status and incoming technical topics.
  • Interact with internal and external contacts, receiving customer questions and resolving them in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
  • First professional experience in maintenance and knowledge of programming are beneficial.
