Key Responsibilities:- **Cost Analysis and Assessment**: Conduct thorough cost analysis of spent actuals on previous development projects, identifying technical drivers and cost drivers.
- **Costing Delivery**: Provide complete costing delivery of NRCs for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- **Customer Support**: Support the management of customer requests, clarifying needs and associated value, driving decision processes, and providing early guidance to stakeholders.
- **Risk and Opportunity Analysis**: Identify and assess cost impact and probability of risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for cost-saving ideas and cost challenge opportunities.
- **Cost Model Development**: Support the development, implementation, and documentation of costing models and references for development, design, test, and customization.
- **Go/No Go Decision Making**: Provide guidance for Go/No Go decision making for DtC/DtV ideas at an early stage to eliminate non-viable ideas.
- **Education**: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data in different databases (technical and finance), extracting cost drivers and cost models.
- **Aeronautical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of aeronautical design and design processes.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication and presentation skills at all levels, with strong ability to interact and influence.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in French, negotiation level of English.
