Our Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Commercial and Sales Team as a Commercial and Marketing Assistant. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Sales Team through various activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leads Generation
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various means, including calls, emails, attendance at HR events, and monitoring of webinars.
    • Develop and implement promotion campaigns for services and products.
    • Generate and monitor LinkedIn posts to promote services and products.
    • Update the database and Salesforce with new leads and opportunities.
    • Coordinate with the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Support in Commercial Opportunities
    • Work closely with the HR Path Commercial Team to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
    • Support activities in business opportunities, including preparation of presentations, generation of offers, compilation of documentation, and preparation of references.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including handling office tools such as Power Point, Word, and Excel with precision and agility.
