Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our Sales Team. The purpose of this position is to generate leads, detect opportunities in new clients, and support marketing tasks and events organization.

Main Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various means, including calls, emails, and attendance at HR events.
  • Develop and execute promotion campaigns for services and products.
  • Generate and monitor LinkedIn posts to promote our services.
  • Update our database and Salesforce system with relevant information.
  • Collaborate with our Global Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency.

Support in Commercial Opportunities:

  • Work closely with our HR Path Commercial Team to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
  • Support activities in business opportunities, including preparation of presentations, generation of offers, and compilation of documentation.

This role requires strong office tools skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to handle tasks with precision and agility.
