Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor - Talent Acquisition to lead and manage the recruitment and hiring process within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and values.
- Lead and Supervise Recruitment Team: Lead and supervise a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Manage the screening and evaluation process of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Compliance and Analytics: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for streamlining the hiring process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Work Environment: Willing to be assigned in SILANG, CAVITE.
