Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take our talent acquisition to the next level and have a direct impact on our growth journey. Your goal will be to identify and hire the right people to join Yazio, ensure a great candidate experience, and contribute to building our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define roles, create compelling job ads, and manage the entire recruitment process
  • Actively identify potential candidates, conduct video interviews, and coordinate further steps
  • Collaborate closely with our People Managers to hand the new team member for onboarding
  • Optimize internal structures and workflows for a great candidate experience, efficiency, and smooth collaboration
  • Develop and strengthen our employer brand by managing employer profiles and crafting campaigns for various channels
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a scale-up environment
  • Experience with active and passive sourcing of candidates from tech-related fields
  • Structured and organized, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects in a dynamic remote environment
  • Passion for hands-on recruiting and interviewing
  • Initiative to bring in new ideas and improve the status quo
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), very good German is a plus
