About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Yazio Gmbh. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to drive our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining job requirements to making job offers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Optimize internal structures and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Develop and strengthen our employer brand to attract top talent
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a scale-up environment
  • Experience with active and passive sourcing of candidates from tech-related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), very good German is a plus
