Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and technicians to resolve incidents related to wind turbine equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Utilize knowledge of communication networks, power electronics, and electrical systems to interpret electrical diagrams and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Travel to field locations to resolve level 2 and 3 incidents or high-priority issues, with flexibility for short-term and high-frequency trips.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and technical assistance reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor the general operation of equipment remotely and identify potential issues to prevent future errors.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to identify areas for improvement and implement retrofits.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wind industry or electrical maintenance.
- Technician certification in electronics, electrical, or O&M.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language skills (B2 level).
- Adaptability, proactive approach, and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Capacity for initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving.
