We are seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our pre-opening team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring accurate and efficient reservation management, and supporting the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing market trends and implementing revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
- Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Implement revenue strategies and promotions, ensuring effective communication with other departments.
- Conduct ongoing revenue system health-checks and optimization, ensuring seamless operations.
- Train other team members as required, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue/reservations, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
