Position Overview
The selected candidate will undertake an internship within the Consumer Sales Department. This department is responsible for implementing the commercial strategy of the company in the consumer channel, focusing on leading brands, particularly in oral hygiene, such as Sensodyne, Parodontax, and Corega. The goal is to achieve sales targets, distribution, and activations in major retail chains.
Role Responsibilities
The role involves training, learning, and collaborating directly with the Key Account Managers on daily operational and analytical tasks. The intern will gain experience in:
- Analyzing key clients and oral hygiene categories using tools like IRI-CIRCANA or SAP.
- Providing supervised support to the Key Account Manager for hypermarkets and the commercial team for both national clients and regional channels.
- Preparing periodic reports on promotional activities.
- Assisting in monitoring stock levels for various brands: Sensodyne, Polident, Parodontax, and Binaca.
- Following internal procedures, including manual orders, file preparation, client tracking, and compliance with internal purchasing regulations.
- Supporting the external team during store visits.
- Collaborating with other commercial departments: Marketing, Trade, and Finance to implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficient in English (B2-C1 level).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are desirable.
