The Compensation Senior Analyst will assist the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in the region's operations. The candidate will collaborate with the Global Rewards Team. As a Compensation partner, your role necessitates the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, within a complex and evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development of Sales Compensation and bonus structures.
  • Contribute to annual Compensation surveys and Benefits assessments across the region.
  • Support the organization-wide annual compensation planning cycle, collaborating with the Global Rewards Team and project teams (testing, communications, HRBP support, etc.).
  • Play a pivotal role in educating on company reward practices and programs, managing internal training sessions for HRBP and Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to deliver competitive offer recommendations.
  • Conduct reviews of salary frameworks, market trends, and employee data analysis.
  • Assist with compensation-related inquiries, including role evaluations and salary assessments, while maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning frameworks.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of reward-related data as needed.
  • Work with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on continuous improvement initiatives and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in English.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working within international virtual teams.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within the EMEA region.
  • Agile thinker, adaptable to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW).
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with HRIS integration and reporting.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Detail-oriented with robust, solution-focused analytical skills.
