Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources Center of Excellence team at Acronis.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends to design and implement competitive pay ranges across the globe for all departments within the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges for all roles across the organization, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark salaries and ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with global, national, and local compensation regulations and labor laws.
- Lead job evaluation processes to determine appropriate pay levels for new and existing positions.
- Maintain accurate compensation data and documentation, and provide reporting and analysis when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and rewards and proactively recommend improvements to our compensation programs.
Requirements:
- 5 years of compensation experience.
- Experience evaluating compensation programs and developing recommendations to meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of compensation best practices.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
- Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business.
