Customer Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Suntransfers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive information to customers about Suntransfers services, including availability, pricing, and general information, through various communication channels.
- Process payments and bookings, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, resolving any issues that may arise during transfer services.
- Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, such as translations, price comparisons, and publishing new routes and prices, in collaboration with other departments.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Excellent computer and internet skills, with previous experience in handling complaints.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry is an asset.
- Competency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and challenges.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
