Night Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure our area of the business meets customer demands and targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: You will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing, analysing and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts.
- Operational Excellence: You will support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build and support a strong team culture. You will also analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes, work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we meet customer demands and targets, and discuss operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) is a specialist fulfilment centre that manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. Our team is focused on safety, productivity, and innovation, and we are changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: You must have a Bachelor's degree (or be working towards one) and advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
- Relevant Experience: You must have relevant experience in performing data analysis, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and working in a logistical working environment.
- Technical Skills: You must have experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
