Head of Admissions

At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Admissions team as Head of Admissions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global group of premium schools and contribute to the delivery of a world-class learning experience to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to achieve student recruitment targets.
  • Lead the Admissions team, providing guidance and support to ensure a customer-centred service.
  • Ensure the smooth running of visits and conduct tours of the school as required.
  • Monitor and evaluate service standards and quality assurance procedures to ensure they meet parent expectations and needs.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement best practice processes to increase retention.
  • Work with the Inspired Group Marketing Department to update and circulate relevant publications, promoting the attributes of the school at all touch points.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level plus one year's related experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of the principles of sales and marketing.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Highly competent using a range of IT systems, including MIS and data analytics tools.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
