Job Summary:

The Global Packaging and Serialization Program is responsible for providing engineering and technical support for Lilly's commercial packaging operations worldwide. As a Project Manager - Global Packaging and Serialization, you will lead and manage large capital projects, consisting of both Lilly and non-Lilly professionals, to safely achieve project objectives from conceptual design through performance qualification and/or process validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large capital projects, consisting of both Lilly and non-Lilly professionals, to safely achieve project objectives from conceptual design through performance qualification and/or process validation.
  • Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance to safety and environmental policies, procedures, and work rules for project personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with project team, governance teams, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with GFD, Global Packaging, and Company Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical area.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, project delivery, engineering, packaging process engineering, serialization, or related fields supporting packaging operations.
