Job Title: Brand Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Support Specialist to join our team at Veepee. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain and guide sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, including integration of catalogs and training on back offices.
  • Find solutions adapted to the seller's profile on a technical point of view.
  • Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.
  • Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.
  • Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer / catalogs.
  • Closely follow the updates from our technical partners.
  • Write and update documentations shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience on technical support.
  • Able to identify and analyse technical issues.
  • Experience on marketplace.
  • Good communication, logic and organisation skills.
  • Rigorous and proactive profile.
  • Fluent in French and English.
